What makes The Byrd Group different?
We start with a plan, not a transaction. Along with buying and selling, we specialize in probate and trust properties, senior downsizing, relocation, and investment property, including 1031 exchanges. Tom and Tonya both hold the SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation.
Do you help with probate and inherited homes?
